Things like – man I would really like to lose some weight, but I don’t want to go through all of that pain and agony of intense working out. In my experience, everybody has something they enjoy doing more than others. Some people really enjoy getting up early in the morning and going for a nice run. Personally, I don’t find that very inviting. Running for long periods of time is something I have never been good at. Other people really enjoy riding bike. I have found people who ride bikes are in it not on for a fat burning exercise, but it is more of like a club. They are all really into it and enjoy it.
